A piece of myself:

I were born in Pretoria 1959, have grown up on a farm outside Pretoria my whole life. I went to a Catholic Convent school in Queenswood Pretoria. My primary school days were in the Convent from grade 1 until the first quarter of grade 3, thereafter in a Afrikaans school at Cullinan. In 1973 I went to FH Odendaal High School in East Lynn Pretoria.

I had Art as a subject in school, was a very creative child and loved to draw images in the sand in front of our home (at a very young age). In grade 9 I did win a art competition.

In 1976 I started to work in the Department of Agricultural and Technical services. First started in the registration department and thereafter went to the technical drawing department where I did draw all the air photos of the farms registered at the department.

I painted in my spare time or when I did get a commission work.

In 2009 I did commission work, cars for a client in Brits North-West. My first big contract.

January 2015 I decided to become a fulltime Wildlife Artist which I still do. With my love for the Wildlife I hope to reach the hearts of people who also have a passion for the Wild!
